  • Scheduling information submitted through Calendly

  • Account information if you create a login/client portal account

  • Project details and files you submit (brand assets, content, notes, approvals)

  • Billing and transaction information related to FlowPoints or other purchases (we do not store full payment card numbers)

When you use the Site, we may collect:

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and referral information

  • Measure marketing and advertising performance

  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with legal obligations

  • Payment processors to complete transactions (for example, Stripe)

  • Advertising and measurement partners where enabled (for example, Meta/Facebook Pixel)

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising tools may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. See Section 6 for choices.

8. Email marketing

If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email. We may still send non-marketing messages related to active projects, invoices, service updates, or account notices.

9. Payments

If you purchase FlowPoints or other services, payments are processed through our payment processor(s), such as Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and certain transaction details, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

10. Testimonials, portfolio, and case studies

If we display testimonials, logos, or case studies, they may include names, business names, titles, and related content that has been shared with permission, provided publicly by you, or approved for use. If you want an item removed or updated, contact us.

11. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site may include links to third-party websites or embedded content (such as YouTube videos or Google Maps). Third parties may collect data according to their own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
